Site Manager- Medical Device Manufacturer (Chonburi, Thailand)

Our client is an international contract development and medical device manufacturer.

Main Objectives:

• Site establishment – complete the establishment of the new facility to ensure the facility is fully operational timely including overseeing construction work, strengthening all departments including staffing and meeting all external and internal requirements.
• Site management – responsible for the overall operations, control and management of all the activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering or
  Manufacturing Engineering) and Master degree in Business Administration or
  Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of meaningful work experience in a Site Management level
  (preferably in a contract manufacturing organization and/or medical field). At least 3
  years of experience in site management in Thailand. Rich manufacturing
  background. Background in supply chains – advantage.
• Good knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices;
• Good knowledge of human resource management;
• Experience of operating with large scale international customers, especially in the
  fields of medical devices and aesthetic care products;
• Rich experience in Thai manufacturing environment and labor related topics.
•  Advantage – knowledge of the contract manufacturing business world;
• Work experience with BOI – advantage
• Facility set up experience – advantage
