Job Description
Job Summary:
- This position forms part of the Thailand & Indochina Total Rewards Centre of Excellence (COE)
- Conduct analyses and market research, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation & benefit programs aligned with the organization’s Reward Strategy.
- Provide Total Rewards solutions, and partner with the regional Total Rewards team to roll out programs and initiatives to the supported countries
- Work closely with HR Business Partner, HR Shared Services, Finance and Communications to provide support to managers and employees on Total Rewards Programs
- To ensure compliance with Total Rewards governance requirements
- Geographic coverage: Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar
Qualification Required
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration, HR or any other relevant Degree
- Minimum 4 years of Total Rewards experience, preferably in SEA Countries
- Strong in Microsoft Excel, proficient with other Microsoft applications
- Proficient in English Language is a must (both written and oral), basic ability in Thai or Vietnamese language will be added advantage
Desired/ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR Platforms (Workday, Peoplefluent) will be an advantage
- Experience across SEA markets and cultures will be an advantage
- Self-driven, results-oriented, willing to experiment and take risks
- Demonstrates initiative and adaptability to solve problems
- Collaborates effectively across different cultures and boundaries.
