Job Description
- Search new customer and sell our product to customer.
- Serve and developing long term relationship with Key Account Customer, channel partner, existing customer, and ensure that they generate a trust in the local support of the company.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education. To give better solutions and educate the customers about the strengths of the company products.
- Organize and conduct technical seminar and training for end user, channel partners and their sales engineers in the areas under their control.
- Manage the activity of all inquiries from channel partners and direct customers.
- Provide periodic activity report to Reporting Manager and keeping customer database record.
- Meeting regular sales target and coordinating sales project.
- Coordinate with the HQ in Germany all kind of technical inquiries from Thailand market and provide with solutions.
- Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required.
- Liaise with technical team and ensure that the exact problems faced by the end users and/or channel partners are reported to next superior and the headquarter, and proper feedback or solutions are provided to the end users and/or channel partners to resolve the problems.
- Supporting marketing activities such as attending show, preparing catalogues, press releases, articles, promotions, etc.
- Liaising with other member of sales team, technical team and marketing team.
Qualification Required
- Preferred graduated technical engineer or minimum technical Diploma
- Good knowledge in the machine tool or cutting tool industry or CAD-CAM application
- Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills
- Experience and success in technical sales
- Proficiency in customer service on the phone and direct
- Performing application installations, updates and maintenance
- Able to work independently
- Fluent in English written and verbal
- Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Detail oriented, well-organized and a good team player
- Openness to high volume travel throughout Chonburi and Rayong territory
