Chief Accountant

Asia HR is looking for a Chief Accountant for one of our clients.

• Ensure the Group financial procedures and the tax compliance concerning
  the monthly Financial and Management reports:
• Cost Control Management: Drive value and growth through adequate reports & analysis
• Monitor actual cost by preparing and analyzing monthly variance between actual and standard
  cost and recommend areas of potential improvement.
• Prepare & Analyze inventory reports, and gross margin reports
• Ensure strong financial control by preparing Company Yearly Budget:
• Establish costs annual budgets together with management
• Determine, and calculate the standard cost of the product (raw material, labor, and overhead).
• Determine the labor costs and organization
• Leads the capital management process at the Distributor level.
• Design your monthly and quarterly financial reporting process for the Distributor, including
  general ledger and subsidiary financial ledgers.
• Ensure that the group policies and requirements are implemented
• Credit Control and Management in cooperation with Finance Department Headquarter
• Ensure strong financial controls and group procedures by monitoring the Company investments
• Input and support, as necessary, HR and Payroll department
• Coordinate and Manage operations with third parties: Banks, Auditors, Revenue Department and other governmental organizations, Lawyers, Insurance, IT

• Age 35 +/- years old
• Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or related field), CPA is preferred.
• Over Eight (8) years of work experience in Finance and accounting in multinational Company
• Financial forecasting, financial reporting & analysis, financial regulation (Payroll Regulation, Tax
  , and Treasury Strategy.)
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience of working with international agencies, banks and
  financial institutions.
• Excellent command in MS-Office (Excel) and familiar with proper maintaining of files and data.
• Significant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience plus experience
  in using accounting software
• English language’s excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to work independently.
