Legal Counsel

Reporting to headquarters’ Legal Department in Hong Kong, the successful candidate is required to station in Phang-nga to provide in-house legal advice and company secretarial service to both the management team in Phang-nga and Hong Kong. S/He will handle the legal works of our property development project and golf club operation and will also be required to ensure compliance to corporate governance and applicable laws in Thailand.

• Bachelor degree or higher in Law with a Lawyer’s practicing license
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in a law firm or an in-house environment, preferably with prior exposure on corporate or property law
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Thai and English
