Job Description
Asia HR is looking for a CST Integration Manager for a leading regional market access and distribution platform that employs 1000 employees in 7 countries in Asia.
Key Scope of Work:
Post-merger integration
- Work with local management and department heads to develop, track and manage integration roadmap across various business functions, including but not limited to: Sales and Commercial Operations, Human Resources, Finance and Reporting, Digital and IT Systems, Logistics, and Warehousing.
- Support integration leaders of each workstream to identify issues, conduct research/analysis, devise mitigation proposal, and execute action plans.
- Obtain 360 view of the post-merger integration process and provide timely updates and analysis to the executive team.
- Effectively problem-solve roadblocks that arises from the integration plan and escalate appropriately.
Business analysis / Growth projects
- Support Country Manager to analyse performance metrices (sales, margins analysis, trend analysis, etc.)
- Prepare reports and presentation for periodic management updates
- Oversee special projects and other enhancement initiatives, including new projects
Qualification Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- 5-10 years’ experience working in a project management or business analyst role.
- Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term, cross-functional projects, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Organised, structured, proactive with strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to execute on aggressive timelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency in Thai with strong verbal and written English skills
