Job Description

Job Functions : Sales & Business Development (Thailand, Vietnam & Indonesia)

Job Location: South East Asia

Essential Functions

Sales and Travelling 60%

  • Visiting cement plants, building strong relationship with the cement market
  • Customer focus, identify problems/needs and anticipate competitive move and proposing the best solution with company’s technical service department.
  • Regular communication with Company’s BU and Company’s Technical Service,
  • Negotiate key stages in our selling process like short, long field tests, converting opportunities to business closing successfully.
  • Eager to follow closely on site field trials
  • Convincing and selling Company’s Value-added products to the customers and generating profits at cement plant level
  • To be a good team player and to have good communication with his colleagues.

Technical Support 20%

  • Providing technical recommendations regarding a specific grinding process and its usage of our cement additives.
  • Running the technical presentation at cement plant levels or at customer headcenters

Reporting and Administration 20%

  • Weekly reporting to Direct Manager on activity, market, competition, key projects, trials
  • Updating the Company’s tools on weekly basis,
  • Emailing to customer specific request (technical, commercial).
Qualification Required
  • Graduated from engineering departments, (preferably chemical engineer)
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Languages – English
  • Having at least 3 years cement process or production experience in the cement market or in the cement chemical market
  • Candidates should be excited by the opportunity of joining an ambitious & expanding company,

  • Candidates must be able to work well within a team
  • Professional and mature attitude
  •  A strong commercial awareness & Strong organizational and timekeeping skills
