Job Description
MARKETING:
- Collaborate with International Marketing from Head Office & Marketing team from distributor to develop marketing plan (and trade marketing plan), and assure that those are well executed (marketing activities are including ATL, BTL and digital).
- Align with distributor team in order to provide monthly marketing report based on the standard format and submit by the 5th day in every month.
- Monitoring competitor landscape including their activities.
DIGITAL:
- To provide creative idea for the brand based on local digital trend.
- To create digital activity proposal in order to build brand interaction and engagement with the audience.
- To create monthly editorial plan and submit by every 3rd week of previous month to be approved by HQ.
- To execute the editorial plan & digital activity proposal based on approval and maintain the digital platform.
- To monitor the ads placement to be well executed.
SALES & DISTRIBUTION:
To collaborate with head office to monitor and verify distributor’s performance such as:
- Number of stores covered (RO = registered outlets)
- Number of active buying customer (ROA = registered outlet active)
- Number of new outlet acquisition (NOO = new open outlet)
- Availability and visibility of our SKUs (A/V = availability/visibility)
Qualification Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. …
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or trade marketing management in FMCG field.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
