Job Description

Reporting to:  General Manager and Medical Director

  • Assist General Manager on managing all aspects of the business including its activities and relationships with its Management, Board of Directors, customers, guests, employees, community, government and industry.
  • Assist General Manager on implementing, administering and executing of general and operation policies and procedures established by the Management and Board of Directors.
  • Assist General Manager on maintaining and administering a sound organisational plan; and proposing improvements as necessary.
  • Monitor compliance and keep abreast with relevant laws and regulations to safeguard the Company and prevent loss as well as reduce risk of lawsuit.
  • Work closely with the Assistant to General Manager in overseeing the care and maintenance of all the clinic’s physical assets, equipment and facilities and ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
  • Work closely with the Assistant to General Manager and Head of Customer Service & Sales to ensure the highest standards and smooth operational flow/collaboration of and across medical, front and back of house, F&B, and other services.
  • Work closely with Head of Customer Service and Sales to supervise the CRM team on managing client/patient’s expectations and ensuring their maximum satisfaction and overseeing patient booking and arrival, admission/registration, day to day query and compliant, patient records, patient account, billing and collection, referral, and discharge.
  • Work closely with the Assistant to the General Manager to oversee procurement staff and ensure medical and F&B inventories are effectively managed/controlled and properly forecasted.
  • Work closely with the Assistant to the General Manager to supervise F&B team to ensure quality, taste and presentation of food are of high standard, daily food orders are served accurately and in timely manner, specific patient’s needs/requirements are met (this includes food allergies, preferences and restrictions), and feedback and complaint from patient are properly handled and necessary adjustments are made.
  • Work closely with the Head of Customer Service & Sales to ensure a focused and aggressive yet executable sales plan is developed and targets are consistently achieved.
  • Work closely with the Accounting Department not only on the patient/client account but also on budget and forecast and monitor monthly financial statement and cashflow as well as propose effective corrective action as required.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to plan, execute and monitor marketing initiatives which can drive more and higher quality sales and maximise marketing ROI.
  • Be responsible for any other duties as reasonably assigned by General Manager and Medical Director.
