HR Manager in Thailand

Our client is a big manufacturer for a  wide range of electronics products including smartphones, wearables, computers, networking devices, automobile and game consoles. HQ in Taiwan, branch offices and manufactories in Taiwan, China and India, Sales service office in Taiwan, Japan, China, Korea, Vietnam, North America, India and so on.

• Prefer from the electronic industry.
• 7 years above full function HR background, 3 years above HR management experience.
• One year training in China, then return to Thailand to assist the GM of Thailand.
• To build the HR strategy , SOP , systematically training program, compensation policy.
• Mediate labor disputes, handle employee recruit and layoffs and other special human resources related issues.-
