Job Description

Senior Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sale of real property. He/she commonly works with a team of agents to ensure that each one is performing their job effectively and in accordance with company standards.

Senior Sales Manager may also be tasked with developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing leadership and guidance to other members of the organization.

  • Familiar with Industrial Real Estate, direct marketing and manage agencies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of high-end residential property
  • Developing and executing sales strategies
  • Management skills, Plan and manage sales to achieve company’s goals
  • Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • Co-ordinate with marketing and other related teams i.e. Marketing, Construction, Operation.
  • Presenting sales performance analysis reports of the projects.
  • Knowledge of Thai property market and sales processes
  • Present, propose, inspection the properties with customer
  • Get information and inquiries from clients, follow-up quotations for price comparing, and gather information for sales closing.
  • Advise clients on the holistic transaction process
  • Knowledge of Foreign ownership rules and process
  • Actively seek new solutions and create new opportunities to drive revenue growth from clients.
  • Secure new business client opportunities through various marketing activities, inclusive of cold/warm calls, cold visits, engaging in networking events, webinars etc.
Qualification Required
  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field
  • 3-5 year experience in real estate industry
  • Excellent English communication skill in both writing and speaking
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and customer service skills
  • Able to work and coordinate well with other teams and international agency
