Job Description

As PR Manager, you will be responsible to actively promote the client’s organization by seeking and securing publicity opportunities in all media formats. Also focus on establishing great relationship with all stakeholders related to the Thailand’s organization. Including but not limited to press, KOL, Government / education department, TV and bloggers etc.

What will you do:

• Create, implement and manage strategic national publicity campaigns for SME Thailand artists, including television appearances, podcasts, social media takeovers, etc.
• Devise publicity campaigns designed to relay the artist’s narrative and grow an audience.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with key decision makers/tastemakers across all media.
• Manage multiple projects and relationships with external Marketing and PR companies.
• Escort talent to television performances/photo shoots/events and effectively prepare talent and media for interviews and appearances.
• Write and edit press materials.

Qualification Required

• Degree or above in Journalism, Cultural Studies, Music Business or related fields
• Strong track record of success in launching artist and communication campaign in Thailand market
• Experienced in working production agency
• Must have strong media contacts and relationships across all music, lifestyle and fashion media
• Experience in using PR analytics tools
• Experience in digital newsletter is preferred
• Be strategic, curious and creative to think outside of the box
• Strong Team player
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• High attention to details
• Have strong passion in music and entertainment
• Familiar with online content (experience with WordPress and content management systems is preferred)
• Demonstrate knowledge of the media industry and its power players
• Ability to generate and execute creative and innovative ideas to generate buzzworthy coverage
• Outgoing personality to engage with key stakeholders in the market, also with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Awareness of press campaigns of acts similar to their roster
• Possess a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and priorities while delivering timely results
