Senior Project Manager

Reporting to the Group Project Director, you will be involved in the development projects in Thailand. You will be responsible for project planning, design coordination and management, construction management and solving construction issues and project progress monitoring. You will also be required to liaise with local government authorities for obtaining the necessary approval and permits.  You have to work closely with local site management staff, design consultants and contractors to ensure the development is in full compliance with the required standard of workmanship and specifications.

• Degree holder in Architecture with relevant professional qualification
• At least 15 years’ working experience in design and project management with a developer or consultancy
• Practical experience in monitoring property development projects in Thailand
• Good knowledge of Thailand building codes, planning regulations and relevant ordinances
• Conversant with liaising with government authorities on obtaining necessary government’s approvals
• Experience in resort development would be an advantage
• Self-motivated with strong problem solving skill and ability to work independently with minimal support
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work with different levels of people
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Thai
• Station in Phang-nga, Thailand
