Job Description
Job purpose
Expand and grow locally controlled new businesses.
Direct report to MD.
Main tasks and responsibilities
• Responsible to identify, qualify, pursue & secure new customers by cold calls, sales visits, networking and social media etc
• Participate in sales events, exhibitions and conferences
• Prepare offer for potential inquires and follow-up to close the deal
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by hunting new and maintain existing customer’s business
• Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner
• Follow-up on sales activities, keep all activities as visits, reports, pipelines, opportunities, sales leads etc recorded in CRM
• Build good working relation, negotiate, close deals and handle complaints or objections effectively
• Ensure for need based solution selling, good customer service satisfaction and client relationship
• Align with the operation team for smooth onboarding of new customers and maintain agreed service level.
• Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standard including Thai law and regulations
• Others responsibilities as assigned by line manager and company requirement KPI
• Effective sales activities & pipeline management
• Attract new & maintain existing customers

Qualification Required
- Graduate/ Masters level education, Good computer skills (shipping software, EBMS, Tally, finance module, related logistics/ shipping/ marine certification, MS Office – Excel)
- Minimum 3-5 years of freight forwarding experience
- Bachelor or, higher degree with prior 2-3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding
- Able to present company products and services
- Service mind, highly energetic and result oriented
