Job Description
The Group HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, developing strategies to enhance employee engagement, and ensuring alignment with Company Group’s people-first values and business goals. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality industry and a genuine passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues with empathy and understanding.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent who share our commitment to exceptional service.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of our human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, ensuring they reflect our people-first approach.
- Nurture a positive working environment and organizational culture that prioritizes employee well-being and growth.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance while recognizing individual contributions.
- Maintain a competitive pay plan and benefits program that values our employees’ hard work and dedication.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor effective training programs that help our team grow both personally and professionally.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics that highlight our commitment to our people.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management to protect and support our employees.

Qualification Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD).
