Job Description
She or he is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing and direct mail campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels for our several markets
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Qualification Required
- At least 5 years’ experience in Digital Related Companies
- Outstanding Written English
- Good practice of SEO
- Practice-based hands on experience on Digital Ads placement
- Practice-based hands on experience on CRM tools and Campaigns Management
- Growth hacker mindset
- Familiar with contents based practice
