Business Development Manager (IT – Retail Industry)

Responsibilities:
• Primarily responsibility Business development to open new logos & new relationships for the organization in Retail & CPG vertical
• New TCV booking
• Able to forge CXO relationships by understanding their strategic priorities & focus areas | mapping and interacting with client organization at all levels
• Market intelligence to be able to position right
• Follow a solution consulting led approach to unearth opportunities to add value, resolve customer pain points | able to ideate with customer organization to identify areas to participate
Working with
Collaborate with local as well as remote teams from Domain, Country, Alliance, Product, Horizontal to name a few to achieve objectives.
Requirements
- Business Development experience or Relationship manager experience with major Retail & CPG organizations.
- Domain Consulting background / flavor experience (With consulting organizations)
- Experience majorly across major Retail & CPG organizations in Thai market
- Demonstrated business development capability
- Proven experience in successfully managing clients expectation;
- Experience working with MNC (Multi Cultural Company) – working with a global team
- Experience working with an IT Service Provider Company
- Good English, Speaking skills; dynamic; team player
