Our client is an end-to-end procurement management platform which automates all back-end operations for F&B businesses. My client is looking for a Business Development Lead (Thailand Launcher) position based in Bangkok, Thailand.
As a Market Launcher (Thailand), you are given the opportunity to manage the ground in Thailand. You’ll be responsible for the market growth through acquisition, onboarding, and managing the local merchants – restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, cloud kitchens, cocktail bars, and others – onto the platform. You are expected, from day one, to take the lead and help merchants understand the game-changing potential of their businesses through our technology.
This role calls for a combination of strong operational execution and strategic thinking:
- Highly motivated to drive growth in a new market to develop and execute localised plans at record speed.
- Be part of a launching team and execute market-entry strategies in record time.
- Acquire, retain and build our initial user-base of restaurants by negotiating with external partners.
- Conduct performance analysis and identify opportunities for improvements across all functions.
- Establish scalable and sustainable operational practices in your market.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product, market, industry players, and user base
- At least 1-2 years of proven success in launching to a new market.
- Self-motivated and high adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to deliver within deadline with limited resources.
- Team-first mentality with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Good command of English and experience working in a diverse, international environment
- Experience working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in an ever -changing, rapid growth environment with ambitious deadlines
