Job Description
A domestically listed company specializing in the manufacturing and application of wooden products. It has become a leading brand in the global decorative market.
LOCATION: At least 6 months of training in Taiwan, depending on experience. After that, the working location can be flexible.
- Complete the regional manager training in Taiwan, overseeing corporate operations and business development for the overseas branch office in the future.
- Compile a list of potential local customers and invite them to corporate events.
- Drive product promotion within the local market and sustain customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan, outlining specific goals and objectives.
- Set and monitor KPIs, taking charge of the overall sales status.
- Other responsibilities assigned by the direct superior.
Qualification Required

At least 3 years of B2B sales and team leader experience.

Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Able to communicate in English or Mandarin.
