Product and Business Development Director/ (or) Product and Business Development Associate Director – Real Estate

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product and Business Development Director or Product and Business Development Associate Director to drive our real estate ventures to new heights. In this role, you will be a pivotal force in shaping our business strategies, fostering innovation, and crafting exceptional real estate products that resonate with the market.

• Lead the initiation of lucrative deals, develop robust business plans, and architect innovative business models, all while overseeing the creation of comprehensive project plans.
• Showcase your expertise across all stages of investment and development deals, including sourcing, conducting feasibility studies, implementing structures, and executing strategies that encompass both short and long-term horizons.
• Exhibit a profound comprehension of business and commercial intricacies, infusing your strategic acumen into our projects.
• Display exceptional people management skills, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Construction, Estate Management, and Wellness departments, as well as external consultants.
• Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with internal departments, external consultants, and suppliers, ensuring seamless project execution from the initial concept to the final construction phase.
• Scrutinize and refine project drawings, proactively identify and resolve potential issues both on paper and on-site, and maintain a strong grasp of building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate the creation and delivery of critical project documentation for various design phases, tenders, construction, permits, and shop drawings.
• Consolidate diverse project aspects, including schedules, budgets, sales and marketing packages, contract administration, payment control processes, and more.
• Maintain vigilant control over project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress, while also skillfully managing project costs and budgets.
• Demonstrate your creativity by customizing villa layouts according to client preferences before engaging with design consultants.
• Conduct thorough research on real estate market trends and global dynamics, with a keen focus on wellness features to enhance project appeal.
• Contribute flexibly to any other tasks as directed by your line manager.

•  A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Real Estate.
• Possess a substantial background with at least 8 years of experience in real estate business development, project development, or product development.
• Prior involvement in housing projects, demonstrating proficiency in master planning, space allocation, and development processes.
• Proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, or other rendering programs.
• Bonus points for graphic design skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to Phuket, or being Phuket-based would be a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with tendering and sourcing processes.
• Solid understanding of financial structures and pricing within the real estate domain
