Project Director – Phuket

The Phuket-based project director will mainly manage the construction of wellness resort, residential villas and related infrastructure. Leading and overseeing a team of developers, project managers and other staff essential to the project. Guide and direct project teams in the activities, planning and implementation, contract tendering and management, carry out all functions and risks management of the project.

You will be accountable for managing designers, contractors and suppliers to deliver the above constructions successfully, on-time, on-budget and according to design and indented functions with high standard quality.

Knowledge about sustainability, renewable energy and net zero carbon emission projects are definitely pluses.

• Thai Nationality (40 – 50 Yrs)
• Advanced degree preferred in a relevant field from an accredited university
• 10+ years of technical proficiency experience in a leadership position and well versed in project management
• Experienced in luxury residential villa development, resort development (mandatory)
• Hands-on site management dealing directly with contractors, designers, and suppliers (mandatory)
• Renewable energy and sustainability (definite advantage)
• Technical proficiency with industry software and project management software
• Proven strong skills and abilities to lead project meetings and lead team to maintain high-quality work
• Strong skills of communications, strategic thinking and analysis
• Fluent English in verbal and written communications
