Nurse Technician/ Clinical Nurse

Primary purpose: Leading the process of the machine installation and providing technical services while managing dialysis patients in the area/region and hospitals assigned with standards of care that will ensure our patients are safe, well treated, and comply with the treatment assigned.

TECHNICAL

1. Responsible for equipment maintenance & installation projects
2. Provide feedback to Engineering department personnel as and when the need arises
3. Assist in process improvement and stability
4. Implement and document process/equipment specifications
5. Standby on weekends and public holidays

NURSING

1. Managing patients on systems of the company product
2. Recruiting new patients from hospitals or outside hospitals
3. Lead Funding applications for patients
4. Continuously check up on the well-being of patients and their outcomes
5. Carry out home visits for assessment & training
6. Deliver emergency supplies to patients
7. Check and report inventory in patients’ homes and in hospitals
8. Assist in promotional activities and marketing material distribution
9. Make reports on visits and training via electronic media
10. Manage relationships with hospital nurses to assist in training, teaching, and education.
11. Train nurses of the company and when instructed, personnel of hospitals
12. Any other job or task delegated to you by your superior and management.

• Diploma in Nursing
• Degree, Dialysis Nursing qualification (renal post basic) is added advantage.
• Satisfactory computer skills and proficiency in MS word and outlook required.
• Highly motivated and interpersonal skills, results-oriented, articulate, and confident (particularly in a multi-culture environment).
• Maintain self-initiative, and reliability, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Sensitivity to working with culturally diverse populations.
• Maintain positive work relationships in a respectful and collaborative manner.
