Job Description
  • IT problems diagnosis (Software, PC etc)
  • In case of Software or application trouble, contact vendor for support with correct problem description and manage vendor’s action until problem get solved.
  • Provides support for application users in the organization, achieving business goals.
  • Must have experiences for supporting to ERP user.
  • Experience using Microsoft Windows 10.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Network configuration.
  • Able to communicate with vendors for troubleshooting
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate with Japan Team.
  • Able to work long hours and business travel required.
  • Report to IT Manager.
Qualification Required
  • Any graduates with minimum year’s IT field.
