Job Description
Job Functions : Sales & Business Development (Thailand, Vietnam & Indonesia)
Job Location: South East Asia
Essential Functions
Sales and Travelling 60%
- Visiting cement plants, building strong relationship with the cement market
- Customer focus, identify problems/needs and anticipate competitive move and proposing the best solution with company’s technical service department.
- Regular communication with Company’s BU and Company’s Technical Service,
- Negotiate key stages in our selling process like short, long field tests, converting opportunities to business closing successfully.
- Eager to follow closely on site field trials
- Convincing and selling Company’s Value-added products to the customers and generating profits at cement plant level
- To be a good team player and to have good communication with his colleagues.
Technical Support 20%
- Providing technical recommendations regarding a specific grinding process and its usage of our cement additives.
- Running the technical presentation at cement plant levels or at customer headcenters
Reporting and Administration 20%
- Weekly reporting to Direct Manager on activity, market, competition, key projects, trials
- Updating the Company’s tools on weekly basis,
- Emailing to customer specific request (technical, commercial).
Qualification Required
- Graduated from engineering departments, (preferably chemical engineer)
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Languages – English
- Having at least 3 years cement process or production experience in the cement market or in the cement chemical market
- Candidates should be excited by the opportunity of joining an ambitious & expanding company,
