  • Certification in OCM PROSCI or any other change framework
Qualification Required
  • Experience of leading Organizational Change Management initiatives (8 to 12 years experiences)
  • IT industry experience specifically worked in large scale IT led business transformation programs, more specifically working with global/multi-location teams.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and productive
  • Result-oriented, fast learner, self-driven and hardworking
  • Team player, open-minded, optimistic, and approachable
  • Flexible and creative – ability to propose innovative ideas, build empathy within the firm and win the trust of the clients
  • Understanding and experience of local geography’s country culture and the corporates ways of working.
