Job Description
Our client is a manufacturer of industrial robots and solutions for factory automation. Due to the recent expansion plan, they are hiring a high caliber Country Sales
Manager, to be based in Myanmar. This person will be accountable for achieving country sales and profitability goals and play significant roles in providing value-based solutions and build long term relationships with customers.
- Reports to: Sales Manager, Asia, and CEO, South East Asia
- Direct reports: Sales team (1~2) and support team
- Location: Myanmar
Responsibilities
- Project acquisition, support, and consultation of customers across the country.
- Analysis, maintenance, and extension of relationship networks to end customers,
system partners. - To participate within and oversee the delivery of a team robot sales performance,
within the nominated markets and/or geography as agreed with the CEO. - To plan sales strategy and activities, follow up sales leads and customer profiling.
- Liaise with relevant Technical Support Specialist and Key Account Managers with
regards to market intelligence, and disseminate this information within the team
Qualification Required
- Engineer with at least 5-8 years experience and an exemplary track record at the
highest level; in the sales of commodity capital equipment, preferably machinery and
machine with the focus on automation. - Ability to lead a team, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure
- A team player able to harness the capabilities of colleagues from different support levels to
achieve the desired results. - Proven ability to conduct business ethically and professionally is imperative.
- Good presentational skills
- Willingness to travel
